Every product is printed to order. Here's how production, rates and transit times work.

Production lead time

All products are 3D-printed in-house, on demand. Production takes 3 to 5 working days before the order is handed to the carrier.

Italy

€5 — free over €50 · 1–2 working days
European Union

€12 · 3–5 working days
United Kingdom · Switzerland

€18 · 4–7 working days

We work with BRT and Poste Italiane in Italy, and DHL Express for international shipments.

Customs and import VAT

For deliveries to the United Kingdom and Switzerland (countries outside the EU customs union) import duties and VAT may apply, payable by the recipient. The carrier collects these on delivery.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the package is handed to the carrier. Follow the delivery directly on the carrier's website.
